called me, and may have asked me the reason and further by
complaining against me Insp. Fincher has exceeded his duties,
as he was not in charge of the Peak district where I worked,
but Insp. Fisher is in charge of that district.
and in reply to the 4th charge, stating that I failed to go
out on duty untilf 5 a.m. on the 29th July 12 contrary to No.
7 of the standing orders, I beg to state on this date I have
preformed my duties actually, I went out on duty at 3 a.m.

Therefore I beg to bring to your kind notice that these charges
have been brought against me illegally and after the elapse of
about 15 days from the date of 1st charge, as the Sanitary
office is open daily to deal with the daily occurrences, and
there are 3 Inspectors concerned in the matter some of whom
have exceeded there duties, as they were not in charge of the
scavenging work of the Peak district where I worked, and that
